We offer bespoke jewelry design services. This includes free CAD renderings and consultations. Once a custom design is approved and manufacturing begins, custom orders may be subject to different return and cancellation policies than standard inventory items.

6. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Website-22 provides a lifetime warranty on the manufacturing of our jewelry. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of stones, or damage caused by accidents or neglect.
